The Allyship Ambassador Programme is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower individuals within an organisation or community to actively promote allyship and foster inclusivity. Participants undergo training sessions that cover topics such as unconscious bias, privilege, and effective allyship strategies, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). Selected ambassadors take on specific responsibilities, such as organising events, facilitating discussions, and advocating for policy changes, to actively promote allyship within their spheres of influence. Ambassadors will receive support and resources from the programme leader, including access to educational materials.
