Service Description

WHAT ARE LISTENING SESSIONS? By actively listening (to your employees), we can lay the foundations for how your organisation can respond and take action to address systemic and structural oppression. Chikere is an experienced DEI Consultant and Facilitator with lived experience known for her warm, engaging, and educational approach to difficult and uncomfortable diversity topics and conversations. The sessions will enable you to learn more about your employees through hearing their diverse experiences, views, and responses to Diversity within your organisation. The goal is to learn through hearing diverse experiences, responses, and views. These sessions will help you better understand your employees and to use what has been learnt to do better as an organisation. Safe and brave spaces are provided for employees.
